Oh Yeah, We Have a Wedding to Plan!

Have I mentioned Evan and I are engaged? Only like a billion times right. It seems like we keep forgetting that being engaged means we are currently planning a wedding. The problem is that we keep getting so caught up in house stuff that I forget I need to stay on top of wedding planning too.

Originally, this blog was supposed to be a home DIY blog with dashes of wedding DIY tossed in here and there. Aside from our unfinished DIY marque letters, we don’t have ANY wedding posts. What the what??? I am failing at this DIY bride thing.

But from here on out, no more. Before Evan and I say our vows eight and a half months from now, I’m vowing to you guys that I will have at least ONE post every other week to update y’all on the wedding DIY happenings around here. At least until I run out of wedding DIY-ing to do. Which will take a while, since we’re doing everything ourselves without the help of a wedding planner.

First on our list is to finish those marquee letters! We get hits on those posts everyday and I’m sad knowing everyone who reads them is left hanging. So hopefully by early next week we will have FINISHED marquee letters for you along with a full tutorial on how to do them yourself. Yay!

Get on it! You don’t want to be like my hubby and I, we were painting chairs the night before our wedding for our guests to sit on at the ceremony!

Super exciting! Also a little stressful haha, time started really flying once we were under that year mark!

Sorry I don’t have a printable! It was so personalized with the illustrations of us/our wedding party that I didn’t think it was something that anyone else would ever be interested in using
